Smoked Cheese
Cold smoked cheese is perfect as a snack or to use on a charcuterie board. Adds a beautiful smoky undertone to any cheese dish such as macaroni and cheese, omelets, queso dip, quiche etc. Available in Sharp, Extra Sharp, Pepperjack and Colby jack

Smoked Water and Ice Spheres
Smoked water can be used for stock in soups or gravy or can be frozen to make smoked ice cubes. Smoked ice spheres are the perfect thing to elevate your whiskey or bourbon cocktails! Our smoked water is actually smoked, there are no flavoring or chemicals added. We use a pan of ice in front of the smoke induction tube to keep temperatures down. The ice captures the smoke aroma and then it is melted and filtered.

Smoked Cream Cheese
Smoked cream cheese is absolutely amazing on a freshly toasted bagel. Can be used in cheesecake to give it a rustic smoky flavor like it's been cooked in an an old timey woodstove oven. Available in plain, chive, jalapeno and garden vegetable.
